ICONFIT Sleep Capsules is a food supplement for adults for evening use. It combines magnesium citrate, lemon balm leaf extract, L-theanine from green tea, valerian root extract, vitamin B6 and melatonin.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Use only as directed. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you use medicines or are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek advice before use.

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water immediately before bedtime. Use for up to 1 month; repeat if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
